• What is eSIM?

    eSIM stands for embedded Subscriber Identity Module. Unlike the physical USIM that can be inserted and removed, it refers to a virtual SIM embedded in the mobile phone.

  • Can I check if the mobile phone uses eSIM?

    1) Check with ‘Add eSIM’ in the mobile phone settings
    - For iPhone, check [Settings - Cellular - ‘Add eSIM’]
    - For Android, check [Settings - Connection - SIM Manager - ‘Add eSIM’]

    2) If you enter *#06# in the basic phone app and the eSIM IMEI or EID starting with ‘89...’ appears, the mobile phone can install and use eSIM.

  • Can I extend the usage period?

    The usage period cannot be extended. If you want to continue using it after the usage period expires, please purchase an additional one.

  • Is there a registration deadline after purchasing an eSIM?

    You cannot register after 1 year from the eSIM purchase date.

  • What should I do with the eSIM and physical SIM after use?

    You can delete the eSIM profile that has been used from your phone. There is no need to return the physical SIM, and to protect personal information, please completely shred it and dispose of it.

  • Are there any additional charges other than the prepaid fee?

    In the case of data plans, there are no additional charges for unlimited plans. In the case of plans that include calls, a separate charge for calls is required, and the amount used is deducted from the charged amount.
