  • To use a plan that includes voice and text, passport verification must be completed after purchase.
  • When you purchase the item and want to enable outgoing voice/text, you need to charge for a voice/text.
  • 음성통화/문자 충전은 로밍센터에서 가능합니다. 음성통화/문자 충전은 로밍센터 또는 https://skroaming.com/reservation/charging 에서 가능합니다.
  • Data charges do not include voice/text charges, and your final bill will vary depending on which voice text/charge plan you choose.
  • Hours (seconds) listed in the voice/text charge amount are in Korean currency.
  • The cost of sending a text is automatically deducted from the amount of the voice/text charge you've made.

  eSIM (Data only) plan notice

  • eSIM can be installed in an environment where Internet/Wi-Fi is available.
  • eSIM QR 스캔 이후에는 단말기 Lock으로 인한 서비스 불가 및 eSIM 미지원 단말 사유 이외에는 환불을 요청할 수 없습니다.
    (결제 완료 이후 30일 경과 시 카드사 정책으로 인해 구매일로부터 30일 경과 시 환불 처리 불가)
  • Phones with Country Lock cannot use eSIM. Please check before purchasing.
  • After scanning the QR code, it cannot be used on other devices. (eSIM QR scans can be performed up to 10 times.)
  • Receiving voice calls and text messages is free of charge. (Except for 1-day plans)
  • Receiving messages related to personal authentication and payments is not supported.
  • eSIM prepaid data products are short-term rental products, valid for one year from purchase, and cannot be used thereafter.
  • The period of 1/3/5/7/10/15/20/30/60/90 days is applied in 24-hour increments from the time the eSIM QR is scanned on the mobile phone.
  • If eSIM setup fails, please upgrade your phone's operating system to the latest version and use it. (iOS version 15.0 or higher)
    Unlimited data usage is available during the usage period. (Continuous usage at a maximum speed of 20 Mbps)
  • Additional eSIMs can be used after the current eSIM is terminated.
  • If you arbitrarily delete the Profile of the eSIM you are using, you will not be able to use the eSIM regardless of the usage period.
  • If you delete the profile arbitrarily, you can use it after purchasing a new eSIM.
  • This product cannot be recharged voice/text (outgoing).
  • Data can be used regardless of passport verification.
  • Receiving voice calls and text messages is available only after passport verification.

  eSIM (Data only) plan notice

  • It can only be used on eSIM-supported phones that are not subject to country lock (overseas SIM card usage restrictions). Please be sure to check before purchasing.
  • The scanning period for eSIM QR code is 1 year after purchase, and cannot be scanned after 1 year.
  • You cannot request a refund after scanning eSIM QR code. (However, you can request a refund if you cannot use the service using a phone with country lock or a phone that does not support eSIM.)
  • Depending on the card company's policy, you cannot receive a refund after 30 days from payment completion.
  • The usage period (3 days/5 days/7 days/10 days/15 days/20 days/30 days/60 days/90 days) is calculated in 24-hour units from the time you scanned eSIM QR code on your phone.
  • Only data can be used until recharging (voice/text reception is provided free of charge), and voice/text transmission is not possible. (Voice/text transmission possible after recharging)
  • Recharging is possible within the validity period of the data product, but recharging is not possible after the validity period ends.
  • For eSIM (Data, Call, SMS) products, same-day cancellation/refund is possible only when data, calls, and SMS are not used. (Voice/text recharge amount is not refundable)
  • After recharging, any unused balance within the usage period will be canceled when the data product usage period ends.
  • Rechargable products can be purchased both online at the official website/airport roaming center.
  • The maximum recharge amount within the validity period is 330,000 won. (Including VAT)
  • eSIM (Data, Call, SMS) that can be used for voice/text (recall) can be purchased online at the official website or airport roaming center, and only one can be purchased per person.
  • eSIM(Data, Call, SMS)은 온라인 결제 구매 시, 공항 로밍센터 또는 수신한 이메일 바우처를 통해 여권 정보 진위 여부 확인 절차를 진행하실 수 있습니다.
  • eSIM (Data, Call, SMS) products are for foreigners only. Holders of South Korean passports cannot purchase them.

  SIM (Data) plan notice

  • Once the case is opened, you cannot request a refund. (Refunds cannot be processed after 30 days from the date of purchase due to credit card company policy.)
  • Please confirm the compatibility of your device, as country-locked phones and tablet PCs not equipped with voice call features cannot be used.
  • You can receive voice and text messages for free. (Not applicable for 1-day pass)
  • The prepaid USIM data product is a short-term rental product valid for one year after purchase and cannot be used after.
  • 1 day/3 days/5 days/7 days/10 days/15 days/20 days/30 days/60 days/90 days are applied every 24 hours from the moment you scan the eSIM QR on the mobile phone.
  • You can use unlimited data during the usage period. (You can use data continuously at a speed up to 20Mbps.)
  • This SIM does not support the NFC function.
  • This product cannot be charged for [voice/text(outgoing)].
  • Personal authentication services and text message receipt for payments are unavailable.
  • Data can be used regardless of passport verification.
  • Receiving voice calls and text messages is available only after passport verification.

  • Data calls can be used without limit for the duration of SIM usage.
  • This SIM does not support NFC features.
  • Cell phones with country lock and tablet PCs that do not support voice calls are not compatible, so please check before purchasing.
  • SIM with its case open cannot be canceled and non-refundable.
  • Until you recharge, you can only use data (incoming voice/texts are free) and cannot use outgoing voice/texts. (After recharge, you can make voice/text outgoings)
  • Recharges can be made within the validity period of the data product but cannot be made upon expiration.
  • SIM(Data, Call, SMS) plans can be canceled/refunded on the same day only if all Data, Call, SMS is not used. (Non-refundable for voice/text charging)
  • Any unused balance within the validity period after recharge will disappear at the end of the data product's validity period.
  • You can purchase rechargeable items through both the official website and airport roaming center.
  • The maximum charge amount within the validity period is KRW 330,000. (VAT included)
  • SIM(Data, Call, SMS) which you can use voice calls can be purchased online on the official website or at the airport roaming centers, with a limit of one per person.
  • SIM(Data, Call, SMS) with voice calling is available for pickup at the airport roaming centers when you make an online payment and purchase.
  • SIM(Data, Call, SMS) products are only for foreigners and cannot be purchased by Korean passport holders.
  • Personal authentication services and text message receipt for payments are unavailable.
  • Data can be used regardless of passport verification.
  • Receiving voice calls and text messages is available only after passport verification.

• eSIM availability check

  1) Check with ‘Add eSIM’ in Settings.

  • For iPhone, check [Settings – Cellular – ‘Add eSIM’]
  • For Android, check [Settings – Connections – SIM Manager – ‘Add eSIM’].

  2) If you enter *#06# in the basic phone app and the eSIM IMEI or EID starting with '89...' appears, eSIM can be installed and used on your phone.

  • Even if you can scan the QR code, you cannot use it if your phone is locked.
  • You can check whether your phone is unlocked from your phone manufacturer or current mobile service provider.
  • You can also check whether your phone supports eSIM from your phone manufacturer.
